Love getting groceries from here! It is always clean and employees are all sweet and very helpful. Always see them sanitizing the carts and the store always is clean. An employee in the wine section today went above and beyond making sure everyone he came across found what they needed in lit myself. My kids love the crawfish here, they are perfectly seasoned with the perfect amount of spice, not overpowering. I live all the in-house food and sweets the make! The cookies are my favorite 😍

Brand new Rouses for Destrehan and we love it! There's always multiple registers open with very friendly cashiers. They have an excellent selection of products and great produce. Everyone I spoke with on the staff was very helpful! We're very happy this store opened in Destrehan!

I had a really great experience at this Rouse’s. The store was clean, well-organized, and overall just had a very welcoming atmosphere. I especially want to recognize cashier Amy Samani. She was incredibly kind and attentive. She noticed that I was having a bit of a hard moment and offered to help, even though it wasn’t necessary. That small act of kindness meant more than she probably realized. There truly aren’t enough people like that anymore, and I really appreciated her warmth and empathy. We were also extremely impressed with the sushi selection. We recently moved to this area, and not many Rouse’s locations we’ve visited have such a wide and fresh variety of sushi. Honestly, we’ll continue coming to this location just for the sushi alone! Overall, a wonderful experience—from the staff to the selection. Highly recommend this store.

Rouses is a very good supermarket to go shopping at very clean. The shelves are always stocked. Employees always very willing to help find things that you're looking for. It is some of the last privately owned grocery stores still around. The food is always fresh, especially their seafood. It's always local seafood they supply. It is a great place to shop. Prices are reasonably priced and daily sales. I suggest families should go here to go shopping to find the goods, especially fresh seafood which is hard to find these days
